Sometimes you don't need a to-do list, just weight on your chest
ADHD, a busy mind, a nervous system still on high alert late in the evening: not everything can be solved with more structure. The Ella Weighted Plush Highland Cow weighs 2 kilos and provides gentle, even pressure that signals to the body that it's safe to relax, while reading, on the couch, or just before going to sleep.

The 5 reasons
Why the Ella Weighted Plush works for adults too
Deep pressure stimulation, without screens or an app
The Highland Cow weighs 2 kilos, compared with the 200 grams of an ordinary plush toy. That weight provides gentle, even pressure across the body. The same technique behind our weighted blankets. No batteries, no settings to learn: it simply works as soon as it rests on your chest.
Also suitable if you don't want a children's plush toy
The Highland Cow is unisex and designed for all ages from 3 years onward, just as at home on a couch in an adult living room as in a child's bedroom. Many adults lay it on their chest while reading or just before going to sleep, exactly when their mind still won't switch off.
The weight adapts to your day
Three removable 250-gram pouches in the belly let you adjust the weight between 1.25 kg and 2 kg. A heavier day might call for more pressure; a quieter evening, for something lighter. You decide, not the factory setting.

Goes wherever you relax
It sits upright on its own (40 cm) and comes along to the couch, desk, or car on a long trip. Calm is rarely limited to one place in the house, and neither is this aid.
30 days to see if it makes a difference for you
Not every aid for a busy mind works for everyone. That’s why you can try the Highland Cow for 30 days. Doesn’t it do anything for you? You can return it within that period, with a 2-year warranty on top.

Frequently asked questions
Isn't this just for children?
No. The plush is unisex and suitable from age 3, with no upper age limit. Many adults use it in exactly the same way as children: on their chest while reading, on the couch, or just before bed.
How exactly does a weighted plush work?
The weight applies gentle, even pressure to the body: deep pressure stimulation (DPS). It feels like a firm, sustained hug and helps signal to the nervous system that it is safe to relax.
How do I adjust the weight?
There are three removable 250-gram pouches inside the belly, behind a fastening. You can take them out in seconds and put them back just as easily, so you can choose whether it weighs 2 kg or 1.25 kg.
How does the 2nd-plush discount work?
Add two plush toys to your cart and the 50% discount on the cheaper one will be applied automatically, with no discount code needed.
Can the plush go in the washing machine?
No. First remove the weighted pouches, then clean the plush with a damp cloth and mild soap. Leave it to air-dry.
Is this a treatment for ADHD or anxiety?
No. The plush provides physical reassurance through pressure, not medical treatment. If your symptoms persist, we recommend discussing them with your GP.
