Warranty period
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights. This is called the legal guarantee and means that the product meets expectations and does what you can reasonably expect it to do.
In addition, all Ella Sleeps products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. This period starts when your order is delivered.
What is covered by the warranty?
- Manufacturing defects and material defects
- Seams, zippers, and stitching that come loose during normal use
- Filling that shifts or clumps for no apparent reason
- Products found to be damaged upon delivery
When does the warranty become void?
A product is not covered by the warranty if the damage was caused by the consumer. This includes improper washing, tears caused by overloading, or normal wear and tear after intensive use.
